Jim's Pizza & The Look-Out Restaurant

MMMMMMMMMMMMM!

I'm temped to just leave the review like that! We had the best pizza last night that I have ever tasted, it was loaded up, and it was all so flavorful and cooked to perfection. We were at a friend's house, and they swore that I'd fall in love with the Jim'S Royal, and you know what, they were right!

We'll definitely be ordering from home now, such a good pizza!

I don't know what the drama is that I'm reading below, but a couple of those responses look like the people just don't like the return policy, which I think sounds pretty standard (return it if you don't like it). Trust me, I've worked in place that were far worse (from the sounds of it at least, I wasn't there, so not trying to second guess!).

Anyway, we just ordered from Jim's for the first time last weekend, and I found the girl on the phone perfectly pleasant. I had to call back half an hour later to add something to the bill and spoke to an older woman who was also pleasant. The delivery driver was very polite and courteous, and then the pizza itself was just mouthwatering! My daughter said that the lasagne that I had added for her was very good as well. We're planning to order again tonight, just looking for a menu online!

They need to work on customer service. If they screw up your order , they blame you. If you get delivery and it's wrong or cold, guess what. . . You have to get in to your car, and take it to them for a refund or for them to fix your order. But if you're okay with that, the pizza is not bad. (when they get your order right) i'm not okay with it, and will not be ordering fron there again.

Excellent pizza! Have had slight issues with the customer service, unfortunately, but I found that if you repeat yourself, have them repeat it and then ensure you've given your phone number to the s-l-o-w-l-y, it's fine.
It's kind of like ordering from an elementary class...speak clearly, slowly and be patient.

This is our new favourite. We tried it years ago and it was ok, but after being disappointed by our regular place 3 times in a row, we decided to give some of the other restaurants in town. Tried a couple that were alright, and then we were wowwed by Jim's!!! We'll be back!!!

Came highly recommended, just tried it and the pizza was seriously the best. Loaded with the toppings I asked for, cooked perfectly. We'll be coming back.

I love the pizza here, it's always great, I've never been disappointed with it. I have had problems with the driver forgetting things (like pop, one time a bag with salads), but they've always sent them right back out to me when I've called. The service is decent (well, as good as anywhere else is these days), but the food...mmmm...the food is always, always deliscious!!

The pizza is good, but customer service is awful. They delivered me a cold pizza that was NOT what I ordered. When I called them back to complain, I talked to the owner who said they were too busy to fix my order. If I wanted a refund I would have to bring the pizza back to them!!! I use to order from Jims once a week, and will never call that place again!!!!

The best pizza around, no contest! If you expect more than cardboard and magazine thin toppings on your pizza, try Jim's, you won't be disappointed. I love their loaded vegetarian or meat lover's Jim's specials.

You will never eat a better pizza in your life, no hands down, contest is over!

Fantastic atmosphere, food location...everything. We will definitely come back to Maple Ridge again, if for no other reason than for the world's best pizza!!
