I don't know what the drama is that I'm reading below, but a couple of those responses look like the people just don't like the return policy, which I think sounds pretty standard (return it if you don't like it). Trust me, I've worked in place that were far worse (from the sounds of it at least, I wasn't there, so not trying to second guess!). Anyway, we just ordered from Jim's for the first time last weekend, and I found the girl on the phone perfectly pleasant. I had to call back half an hour later to add something to the bill and spoke to an older woman who was also pleasant. The delivery driver was very polite and courteous, and then the pizza itself was just mouthwatering! My daughter said that the lasagne that I had added for her was very good as well. We're planning to order again tonight, just looking for a menu online! ..More Reviews
