I'm an Italian by nationality, I Know good Italian food when I taste it, I really hate restaurants that try to fake it, and Paliotti's is NOT one of them. These are real Italian recipes from real Italian people, with food prepared from the heart, Im too old to have my Italian mother cook for me and when I go to Paliottis its just like a taste of home. Its where I go when I get a craving for the food I grew up with and dearly miss. Trust me the food is the real authentic deal, its good and the people there are very nice.
