I have been in the kitchen there and you would not write a good review after seeing it. The cook smokes while making food and they also recycle butter that comes back in from the dining room. They empty the little ramikin cups and put it all in a jug with the top cut off.
Excellent service, superb food, and an elegant atmosphere for anything from a romantic night out to a birthday or aniversary party. The experienced staff and management are very friendly and professional. There are two sides to this establishement - a fine dining side and a more casual bistro side with 6 televisions throughout. If you are looking for a place with great food in the Fraser Valley, I strongly suggest the Bella Vita for fine tasting food at an afforadble price.
